“#Record of Ragnarok Gets New Key Visual, Additional Casts Announced<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Warner Bros. Japan<\/span><\/span> released a new key visual for the anime<\/a> adaptation of <\/span>Record of Ragnarok<\/span><\/i>. The new key visual features three representatives of gods and humans in the tournament featured in the anime. The anime is scheduled for 2021. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Twelve additional casts members were also announced: Soma Saito (Vinegar Doppio from <\/span>JoJo\u2019s Bizzare Adventure: Golden Wind<\/span><\/i>) as Adam, Kazuhiro Yamaji (Kenny Ackerman from <\/span>Attack on Titan<\/span><\/i>) as Kojiro Sasaki, Takahiro Sakurai (Cutthroat from <\/span>Akudama Drive<\/span><\/i>) as Poseidon, Junichi Suwabe (Ryoumen Sukuna from <\/span>Jujutsu Kaisen<\/span><\/i>) as Hermes, Yukihiro Nozuyama (Ryoumen Sukuna from <\/span>Tokyo Revengers<\/span><\/i>) as Heimdall, Sho Hayami (Azami Nakiri from <\/span>Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma<\/span><\/i>) as Odin, Tatsuhisa Suzuki (Anos Voldigoad from <\/span>The Misfit of Demon King Academy<\/span><\/i>) as Shiva, Rie Tanaka (Mitsuru Kirijo from <\/span>Persona 3<\/span><\/i>) as Aphrodite, Hinata Tadokoro (Tanabe-sensei from <\/span>Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san<\/span><\/i>) as Ares, Taisuke Nakano as Huginn, and Tomohiro Yamaguchi as Muninn.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SymaG will perform the ending theme<\/a> song \u201cFukahi (Inevitable).\u201d MAXIMUM THE HORMONE will perform the opening theme song titled \u201cKAMIGAMI.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warner Bros. Japan will also be hosting a live <\/span>talk show event on March 28<\/span><\/a> featuring the main cast of <\/span>Record of Ragnarok<\/span><\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The anime adaptation was announced <\/span>late last year<\/span>. Graphinica is in charge of the animation production with Masao Okubo as director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (<\/span>By the Grace of Gods, JoJo\u2019s Bizarre Adventure<\/span><\/i>) as series<\/a> composer, Masaki Saito as character designer, and Yasuharu Takanashi (<\/span>Naruto, Fairy Tail, Zombie Land Saga<\/span><\/i>) as music composer.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The main cast was previously announced and features Miyuki Sawashiro (Mordred in <\/span>Fate\/Apocrypha<\/span><\/i>) as Brunhild, Tomoyo Kurosawa (Ordinary Person in <\/span>Akudama Drive<\/span><\/i>, Saya in <\/span>Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina<\/span><\/i>) as Geir, Tomokazu Seki (Gilgame<\/a>sh in <\/span>Fate\/stay night: Unlimited Blade Work<\/span><\/i>) as Lu Bu, Hikaru Midorikawa (Gridman in <\/span>SSSS.Gridman<\/span><\/i>) as Thor, and Wataru Takagi (Eikichi Onizuka in <\/span>GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka<\/span><\/i>) as Zeus.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The manga is written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui and illustrated by Ajichika. It started serialization in January 2018 in the Monthly Comic Zenon magazine by COAMIX.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n
