Yields on German<br \/>\n        TMBMKDE-10Y,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.000%\" channel=\"\" class=\"\">-0.262%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       and U.K.<br \/>\n        TMBMKGB-10Y,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.000%\" channel=\"\" class=\"\">0.874%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       bonds of similar maturity also rose, though not by the same magnitude. Yields move in the opposite direction to prices.<\/p>\n<p>Banks including Deutsche Bank<br \/>\n        DBK,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207242873\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+3.41%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       rose on the growing gap between short- and long-dated yields, while the rising bond yields sent Nasdaq-100 futures<br \/>\n        NQ00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210219788\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-1.20%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       lower.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Reserve\u2019s dot plot signaled that the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>n voter didn\u2019t anticipate lifting interest rates in two years. Chair Jerome Powell said the central bank would keep policy loose until employment recovers, as he played down what is expected to be a big upturn in inflation readings in the new few months.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank of England separately is making its own interest-rate decision at noon local time, or 8 a.m. Eastern. Like the Fed, the focus will be on the messaging, particularly with the U.K. COVID-19 vaccination efforts being fruitful. \u201cWhilst there is little doubting the consensus for \u2018no change\u2019, the market will be looking for any hint of a shift in the MPC\u2019s [Monetary Policy Committee\u2019s] bias, either through voting or outlook,\u201d said Michael Matthews, fund manager at Invesco.<\/p>\n<p>Also on the move in Europe, automobile maker Volkswagen\u2019s<br \/>\n        VOW3,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/203434344\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+1.65%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       preference shares extended their run to a fresh six-year high, rising 2%. Porsche Automobil Holding<br \/>\n        PAH3,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/202769371\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+5.62%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       which is the majority owner of Volkswagen, gained 5%.
