A suspect knifed a man aboard a subway train in downtown Brooklyn early Friday morning, police said. <\/p>\n

The unidentified assailant stabbed the 30-year-old man in the right leg at about 12:15 a.m. on a southbound No. 4 train as it app<\/a>roached the Nevins Street station, cops said. <\/p>\n

The suspect, believed to be a man in his 30s, ran off the train at the station and is still at large, authorities said. <\/p>\n

The victim was rushed to Methodist Hospital in stable condition. <\/p>\n

The circumstances that lead to the stabbing were not immedia<\/a>tely known.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
