G-Darius HD<\/em>, which is included in Darius Cozmic Revelation<\/em>, will receive a major update in late 2021 comprised of a new beginner\u2019s mode and the addition of the rebalanced, arcade exclusive G-Darius Ver.2<\/em>, publisher ININ Game<\/a>s and developers Taito and M2 announced<\/a> via Taito parent company Square Enix. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here is an overview of the update, via Square Enix:<\/p>\n

G-Darius Ver.2<\/em> brought the following changes to the game when it was first released and the update will mean four versions of G-Darius<\/em> will be available: the standard G-Darius<\/em> and G-Darius HD<\/em>, along with standard and HD<\/em> versions of Ver.2<\/em>.<\/p>\n

  • Game speed adjustments<\/li>\n
  • Enemy endurance adjustments<\/li>\n
  • Player endurance adjustments \u2013 Mid-bosses added to some zones<\/li>\n
  • Skip function for demo screens added<\/li>\n
  • Boss timer and timer bonus added<\/li>\n
  • Calculations for score ranking changed<\/li>\n
  • Boss attack patterns changed and added<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Darius Cozmic Revelation<\/em> launched for PlayStation 4 and Switch on February 25 in Japan, and is due out this winter in the west.<\/p>\n
