Billionaire Stewart Rahr has finally offloaded his massive Wainscott estate for $50 million \u2013 $45 million less than the original asking price.<\/p>\n

Rahr, colloquially known as \u201cStewie Rah Rah, the No. 1 King of All Fun\u201d originally bought the sprawling eight-bedroom Hamptons estate for $45 million in 2004 \u2013 the exact amount he was trying to make in profit when he originally listed the property in 2015 for $95 million.<\/p>\n

The estate, according to the Wall Street Journal<\/a>, is on a 25-acre peninsula with a vast waterfront view of Georgica Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. The lavish home includes a private dock, tennis court, four-car garage, pool and spa. The actual house clocks in at 25,000 square feet with eight bedrooms.<\/p>\n

Rahr, a close friend of President Trump\u2019s, once told the Post, \u201cthe property gave him an \u2018overwhelmingly peaceful\u2019 and \u2018a \u2018Golden Pond\u2019 type of feeling\u2019.\u201d But neighbors refer to it as \u201cDracula\u2019s Castle.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rahr is the former owner of pharmaceutical wholesaler Kinray, which he sold in 2010 for $1.3 billion, and he is currently estimated to be worth over $2 billion.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
