A former Louisiana priest and two dominatrices were slapp<\/a>ed with vandalism charges for having sex atop a church altar in September of last year, a report said.<\/p>\n

Travis Clark, 37, and the two women were initially charged by police with obscenity following the alleged tryst last September inside Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River, NOLA.com reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney\u2019s Office on Friday announced lesser charges for the unholy trinity, who were busted after a passerby saw them through a church window and reported them to police, according to court records obtained by the news<\/a> publication.<\/p>\n

The two dominatrices \u2014 Mindy Dixon, 41, and 28-year-old Melissa Cheng \u2014 were wearing corsets and high heels during the threesome, which was being recorded, according to the court documents.<\/p>\n

Sex toys and stage lights were recovered at the scene by police, along with recording devices.<\/p>\n

An attorney for Dixon and Cheng told NOLA.com that state prosecutors \u201coverstepped their bounds\u201d by bringing charges against them. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt is clear the state went out of its way to contort the facts of this case in order to fit their own narrative,\u201d Attorney Bradley Phillips told the newspaper<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis [is] nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to regulate the morality of private individuals. Just because you don\u2019t like something, doesn\u2019t make it criminal. My clients look forward to their day in court as we continue to fight this baseless allegation,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n

The women told cops at the time that they were at the church to film \u201croleplay\u201d with the priest. Cops determined everything that went on that night was consensual, but initially arrested the trio on the obscenity charges because they were in view of the public.<\/p>\n

Clark was removed from the church the day after his arrest, the report said.<\/p>\n

The church\u2019s altar was burned and a new one was consecrated last October.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
