The same photo has also been circulating across several other subreddits including <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/ethtrader\/comments\/ma629i\/microsoft_is_now_asking_xbox_users_about_bitcoin\/\">r\/ethtrader<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Bitcoin\/comments\/ma2iwf\/xbox_has_put_out_a_survey_to_get_a_feel_for_using\/\">r\/Bitcoin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Microsoft is now asking Xbox users about <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TjuY18L5Wh\">pic.twitter.com\/TjuY18L5Wh<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Documenting Bitcoin  (@DocumentingBTC) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DocumentingBTC\/status\/1373737622317699081?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 21, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>One Xbox user <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/XboxSeriesX\/comments\/ma5s8h\/microsoft_put_out_a_survey_about_paying_with\/grrolnr?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=web2x&amp;context=3\">said<\/a> that the survey is available \u201cif you participate in the Xbox Insider program for beta testing OS updates.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft did not immediately respond to Cointelegraph\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2014, Microsoft <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2014\/12\/11\/7375771\/microsoft-supports-bitcoin-payments\">started<\/a> accepting Bitcoin to fund Microsoft accounts, allowing United States-based users to purchase content from Windows, including Xbox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s. After briefly halting the payment option, Microsoft <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/2018\/01\/10\/microsoft-bitcoin-temporary-halt\/\">resumed<\/a> Bitcoin payments for its MS Store in January. Cryptocurrency-based payments are not currently supported at the Xbox online store.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>While it may be open to accepting Bitcoin as payment, Microsoft has no plans to make a bigger move into crypto like Tesla.
