The May WTI<br \/>\n        CLK21,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209724703\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.29%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n      \u00a0the most-actively traded contract, was trading 19 cents, or 0.3%, lower at $61.27 a barrel. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, May Brent crude<br \/>\n        BRN00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209704782\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.11%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        BRNK21,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209705302\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.11%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n      \u00a0the global benchmark, edged 12 cents, or 0.2%, lower at $64.41 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.  <\/p>\n<p>Last week, WTI crude lost 6.4%, while Brent declined by 6.8%, the largest losses since October for both benchmarks, following big losses\u00a0on Thursday, when WTI plunged 7.1%, and Brent dropped 6.9% for its biggest one-day percentage loss since June.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"byline article__byline\">\n<p>      <span>By<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"author  hasMenu\" data-scrim='{\"type\":\"author\",\"header\":\"Myra P.
