Three burglars dressed entirely in black cut a hole in the roof of a Brooklyn grocery store and made off with nearly $50,000 in a weekend caper, cops said Monday.<\/p>\n

The heist happ<\/a>ened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday when the trio got onto the roof of a Key Food Supermarket on Crescent Street near Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, cops said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Once inside, the crooks took about $40,000 from two safes and about $1,000 from an ATM, police said.<\/p>\n

The burglars caused about $1,000 damage to the food store\u2019s roof.\u00a0It was unclear how they lowered themselves from the roof to the store\u2019s floor, cops said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
