“#UK teacher admits he said students dressed like ‘Kardashian clones’<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

A British teacher has reportedly been suspended for two years after accusing his young female students of dressing like \u201cEastern European prostitutes and Kardashian clones.\u201d<\/p>\n

Design and technology<\/a> teacher Alexander Price, 43, made the crude dig in an anonymous blog about school life \u2014 in which he also accused his male pupils of having \u201csnorted coke,\u201d according to a misconduct hearing reported by WalesOnline<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He said the \u201cliteracy was so poor\u201d the kids couldn\u2019t read instructions on their fake tan, and referred to \u201coverweight girls being shoehorned into gowns and paraded through the town like cattle,\u201d the report said.<\/p>\n

After being exposed, Price claimed he wrote his blog, \u201cThe Provoked Pedagogue,\u201d as a \u201ccathartic\u201d exercise while trying to make it \u201ccolorful and entertaining,\u201d the report said.<\/p>\n

The teacher at Denbigh High School in Wales admitted writing the blogs, but denied they amounted to unacceptable professional conduct, the outlet said.<\/p>\n

However, a panel ruled against him, saying that the posts were \u201cinapp<\/a>ropriate, offensive, or derogatory\u201d to pupils, parents and colleagues.<\/p>\n

The blog posts \u201cwere critical, they were disrespectful, they were likely to cause offense to any pupil or parent who came across the article,\u201d the panel\u2019s chair, Steve Powell, said.<\/p>\n

He was struck off for two years, meaning he is forbidden from teaching in that period but can reapply to teach again at the end of it.<\/p>\n

His union rep, Colin Adkins, said the ruling was \u201cchilling in that it has inhibited freedom of speech,\u201d the outlet said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
