“#Enumclaw Announce Debut EP, Share Video for New Song \u201cFree Drop Billy\u201d: Watch<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Tacoma, Washington rock band Enumclaw have announced their first EP: Jimbo Demo<\/em><\/a> is out April 30 via Youth Riot<\/a>. Today (March 24), the four-piece has shared a music video for the new single \u201cFree Drop Billy<\/a>.\u201d Check it out below (via Gorilla vs. Bear<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The visual for \u201cFree Drop Billy\u201d was directed by the band and snapclicktristan<\/a> (aka Tristan Johnson). \u201cWhere I grew up, a lot of people are townies, or losers. I sometimes have survivor\u2019s guilt about it,\u201d lead singer and guitarist Aramis Johnson said of \u201cFree Drop Billy\u201d in a press release. He continued:<\/p>\n

I went to college, and I\u2019ve done some stuff that a lot of people I know in my life haven\u2019t. It\u2019s about not wanting to fall back into the traps of things like that, about not wanting to end up like some of my friends. I don\u2019t want to get stuck.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Aramis Johnson, drummer Ladaniel Gipson, and bassist Nathan Cornell recorded the five songs on Jimbo Demo<\/em>. Johnson\u2019s younger brother Eli Edwards is also a bassist in Enumclaw, but he joined the band after the EP was made. Jimbo Demo<\/em> includes the recent song \u201cFast N All.\u201d<\/p>\n
