“#YoungBoy Never Broke Again Reportedly Indicted On 2 Weapons Charges Following Dramatic FBI Arrest<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

\nLos Angeles, CA \u2013 <\/span> YoungBoy Never Broke Again (real name Kentrell Gaulden) was one of 16 arrested in a Baton Rouge, Louisiana parking lot on multiple drugs and weapons charges last September. Following a vehicle search, law enforcement wound up seizing handguns, rifles, drugs, $47,000 in cash, multiple pieces of jewelry and a $300,000 check made out to the platinum-selling rapp<\/a>er.<\/p>\n

The incident caught up to him in Los Angeles on Monday (March 22) when he was arrested on a federal warrant and taken into FBI custody.\u00a0As suspected, the warrant stemmed from the September 2020 bust and now, prosecutors are taking action.\u00a0According to TMZ,<\/em><\/a> prosecutors are focused on the two firearms YoungBoy allegedly had in his possession during the search.<\/p>\n

Federal agents claim he had\u00a0a .45 pistol and a 9mm handgun when he was arrested. YoungBoy is prohibited from possessing guns because he has a previous felony on his record for aggravated assault.<\/p>\n

In addition, the 9mm wasn\u2019t registered in his name and the weapons were seized immedia<\/a>tely. Subsequently, he\u2019s been charged with one\u00a0count of illegal possession of firearms by a felon and possession of an unregistered weapon.<\/p>\n

The Top<\/em> rapper\u2019s most recent arrest unfolded in dramatic fashion. Law enforcement spotted his vehicle and attempted to pull him over on the federal warrant.<\/p>\n

Once he was stopped, he attempted to drive away, took officers on a brief pursuit and then fled on foot.\u00a0Sources said several Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers were forced to set up a perimeter and deploy a K9 unit to help sniff him out. Police allegedly discovered weapons inside YoungBoy\u2019s vehicle, but it\u2019s unclear if they belonged to him.<\/p>\n
