Three strikes and you\u2019re out!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Derek Jeter\u2019s sprawling Tampa mansion where Tom Brady and his family used to live is getting no hits after 190 days on the market, The Post has learned.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The former Yankee and Hall of Famer first purchased the home back in 2005 for $2.3 million. But following a series<\/a> of extensive renovations, Jeter, 46, is hoping to cash in on a hefty profit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

So far, no such luck. <\/p>\n

He first listed the estate in September for a whopping $29 million, after Brady, 43, moved out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jeter leased the home to the seven-time Super Bowl champion and his wife, Gisele B\u00fcndchen, shortly after he signed on to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But Brady revealed that they were forced to leave due to an invasion\u00a0of privacy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWhere I lived in Chestnut Hill, I was pretty private for a long time,\u201d Brady revealed in an April 2020 interview<\/a> with Sirius XM\u2019s \u201cThe Howard Stern Show.\u201d \u201cSo I forgot, in a way, like people could drive up to your house. You couldn\u2019t drive up to my house where I lived in Chestnut Hill. Here, they could pull right up to the back of the house.\u201d<\/p>\n

That included boats, which he realized could pull up to his backyard. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you walk outside the house you understand everything that goes along with being me,\u201d he said of his often-limited privacy. \u201cI think part of it is, when I come home I want to feel like I can let my guard down and relax.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Brady went on to explain that they moved into the home after he \u201chad to\u00a0find a place on really short notice.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c[Jeter has] been a friend of mine, so we just talked and it all worked out,\u201d Brady said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Spanning a massive\u00a021,796 square-feet, the home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The waterfront property is located in the upscale Davis Islands community.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Features of the home include a wine cellar, in-home movie theater, professional gym, in-law suite, an au-pair wing complete with a living area and kitchen, outdoor kitchen and grilling area and air conditioned garage large enough to accommodate six cars.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The estate also boasts an expansive clubroom with a full-service bar, a billiards and game<\/a> table, multiple TVs and a sitting area that comes with the home.<\/p>\n

Outdoor amenities include\u00a0a dock with two boat lifts, heated spa and an 80-foot saltwater lap pool.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And this isn\u2019t the only home Jeter is having difficulty selling. The Yankees legend recently shaved off $2 million on the New York castle he\u2019s had on the market since 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jeter, who is part-owner of the Marlins baseball team, currently lives in a 19th floor Miami apartment.\u00a0\u00a0\n <\/p><\/div>\n
