Saunders is a legendary jazz musician and saxophone player, and Floating Points is best known for immersive electronic music that brings a watchmaker&#8217;s care to creating dancefloor music. The two artists are combining their considerable talents for a new album <i>Promises<\/i>, featuring the London Symphony Orchestra. It&#8217;s easily one of the most blissful records of the year so far, but too intricate and ambitious to ever be relegated to background listening.
