Playtonic Friends will publish Fabraz-developed 3D platformer Demon Turf<\/em>, the companies announced. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve always wanted to create a 3D Platformer, they\u2019ve been my favorite genre all my life, having grown up playing all of the notable ones on pretty much every console!\u201d said Fabraz founder Fabian Rastorfer in a press release. \u201cWith our 2D platformer, Slime-san<\/em>, we received a lot of praise for what we brought to 2D precision based platforming so we really wanted to see if we can translate the spirit of what made Slime-san<\/em> great into a 3D platformer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Playtonic CEO Gavin Price added, \u201cDemon Turf<\/em> was one of the titles that made us want to set up our new publishing arm. Our aim was always to partner with those developers who make the kinds of game<\/a>s we love to play or we wish we\u2019d come up with first which is exactly how we felt when we first played Slime-San so then when the Fabraz team showed us what they had in store with Demon Turf<\/em>; the community focus, the reams of content and just somethin really fresh and new; we absolutely had to get involved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fabraz released a new \u201cdemo\u201d for Demon Turf<\/em> for PC via Steam<\/a> every week. These \u201cDemon Turf<\/em> Trials\u201d present a new challenge and leaderboard for players to climb, as well as offer a full tutorial and two complete main levels of the full game.<\/p>\n

The Demon World is inhabited by all kinds of nasties\u2026 Most of them lumped into gangs battling for dominion, each led by its own head honcho. Yet even these bad dudes are no match for the Demon King himself! Instead the task falls to Beebz, a young demon barely a thousand years old, who decides it\u2019s time for her to kick every turf leader\u2019s butt and become the Demon Queen herself.<\/p>\n
