By default, anyone can trigger the voice assistant Siri while your iPhone or iPad is locked. Here\u2019s how to turn off Siri on the lock screen.<\/p>\n

To get started, open the Settings app<\/a> by tapping the gray \u201cgear\u201d icon.<\/p>\n

In Settings, tap \u201cFace ID & Passcode\u201d (for iPhones with Face ID) or \u201cTouch ID & Passcode\u201d (for iPhones with a home button). You will see a different option based on what model of iPhone you have.<\/p>\n

Next, enter your passcode.<\/p>\n
