The completion of this transaction is subject to regulatory <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roval, with investment firm TNG Fintech Group remaining the majority shareholder in Tranglo.<\/p>\n<p>The new acquisition is expected to significantly expand Ripple\u2019s ODL corridors with Tranglo\u2019s payments infrastructure. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/tranglo.com\/about-us\/\">Founded<\/a> in 2008, Tranglo is a cross-border payment processing hub supporting business payments, money transfers and mobile top-ups. The firm has offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Asheesh Birla, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> manager of RippleNet, said that the acquisition will \u201ctransform cross-border transactions to be faster, cheaper and more secure with blockchain <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> and digital assets.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After the acquisition is completed, Ripple&#8217;s\u00a0managing director of Southeast Asia, Brooks Entwistle, and vice president of product and delivery, Amir Sarhangi, will join Tranglo\u2019s board of directors.<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported by Cointelegraph, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission brought an action against Ripple in late 2020, alleging that the firm violated securities laws by selling XRP tokens since 2013.
