Times report said 15 million doses ruined at production plant<br \/>\n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"column column--full article__content\">\n<div id=\"js-article__body\" class=\"article__body article-wrap at16-col16 barrons-article-wrap\" itemprop=\"articleBody\" data-sbid=\"WP-MKTW-0000217521\">\n<div class=\"barrons-article-ad-wrapper\">\n<div data-track=\"barrons-article-ad-wrap\" class=\"barrons-article-ad sticky_item\">\n<div class=\"barrons-main-article-ad-target sticky_target body_ad\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>       Johnson &amp; Johnson Inc. on Wednesday acknowledged a batch of its COVID-19 vaccine produced by one of its manufacturing partners \u201cdid not meet quality standards,\u201d and said it will provide more experts to oversee production.<\/p>\n<p> Earlier, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/03\/31\/world\/johnson-and-johnson-vaccine-mixup.html?auth=login-google1tap&amp;login=google1tap\" class=\"icon none\">the New York Times reported<\/a> that 15 million doses of the one-shot vaccine were ruined at a Baltimore production plant run by Emergent BioSolutions<br \/>\n        EBS,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/204817890\/composite\" class=\"positive\">+2.89%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       after workers made a mistake with the vaccine\u2019s ingredients.
