When the daredevil is not out paragliding over Europe, he says he enjoys channel surfing from his sofa.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s also been known to combine those activities.<\/p>\n<p>The 29-year-old self-proclaimed \u201ccouch potato,\u201d from Izmir, Turkey, set out on July 2 with his parachute, laptop, house slippers, footstool, loveseat and lamp, and took off to sail the skies over the sea off the coast of \u00d6l\u00fcdeniz, in the Fethiye district of the southwest Mu\u011fla Province.<\/p>\n<p>The video of his stunt has already gained more than 500,000 views.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wasn\u2019t scared, my friends trusted me. It was fine,\u201d Kaval tells the Daily Mail. \u201cI felt so good and relaxed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The sofa was affixed with ratchet straps onto a metal frame, which also attached the footstool, lamp and television. One thing that felt missing was a seatbelt.<\/p>\n<p>Audiences cheered Kaval during his ascent.
