\nLos Angeles, CA \u2013 <\/span> The quietest member of Migos has just endured a loud exoneration.<\/p>\n

On Friday (April 2), TMZ<\/a><\/em> reported Takeoff would be cleared of the sexual assault allegations brought against him stemming from an August 2020 party in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The L.A. County District Attorney\u2019s office reportedly cited insufficient evidence as to the reason not to proceed with the prosecution.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe allegations were patently and provably false,\u201d Takeoff\u2019s lawyer, Drew Findling, told TMZ<\/em>, specifying his law office spent \u201ccountless hours\u201d that also determined his client\u2019s innocence.<\/p>\n

The alleged victim (known as Jane Doe) claimed Takeoff basically stalked her during the party before following her into a bedroom where he then raped her. TMZ<\/em> reports she\u2019s still pursuing a civil lawsuit despite the collapse of sexual battery and assault criminal charges.<\/p>\n

The LAPD isn\u2019t finished investigating the Migos camp, however. On Thursday, the department reportedly opened up an official case file on Quavo and Saweetie\u2019s highly publicized elevator fight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
