According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xxlmag.com\/youngboy-never-broke-again-bond-revoked-jail-trial\/\"><em>XXL<\/em><\/a>, the Baton Rouge native was denied bond by a Lousiana judge on Thursday (April 1) and will remain in jail until he\u2019s brought to trial for the gun charges relating to his September 2020 arrest.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0United States Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana deemed YoungBoy \u2014 born Kentrell Gaulden \u2014 to be a \u201cdanger to the community.\u201d He is facing charges for possessing a weapon as a convicted felon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is charged with possessing a gun as a convicted felon, and he possessed another gun as he fled from law enforcement at the time of his arrest,\u201d the court filing allegedly reads. \u201cWhen his gun possession is combined with his violent crime, attempts to flee from law enforcement, which included a high speed chase in and around a neighborhood that included a middle school, and his pervasive marijuana use Gaulden clearly and convincingly presents a danger to the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; According to<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wafb.com\/2021\/03\/31\/rapper-nba-youngboy-accused-skipping-out-required-drug-tests-court-records-say\/\">\u00a0<em>WAFB9<\/em><\/a>, YoungBoy has skipped out on the drug-testing portion of his bond provisions.<\/p>\n<p>YoungBoy\u2019s March arrest in Los Angeles by FBI agents following a short on-foot pursuit after initially being pulled over also played a role in having his bond revoked. A loaded firearm was reportedly found in his car, but it\u2019s unclear if it\u2019s his. He was granted a $540,000 bond in California, but could only secure his freedom if <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roved in the Louisiana court system, which he wasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wafb.com\/2021\/03\/31\/rapper-nba-youngboy-accused-skipping-out-required-drug-tests-court-records-say\/\">YoungBoy Never Broke Again reportedly<\/a>\u00a0has a scheduled hearing in April where his attorney will seek to have all of his bond conditions dismissed.
