A Tinder date went horribly wrong in a Manhattan apartment this week \u2014 when a man allegedly raped a woman who then stabbed him in the neck and kept his wallet.<\/p>\n

Details of the violent encounter emerged Saturday, at the arraignment of accused attacker Milos Maglich, 29, of Hastings-on-Hudson, now charged with one count of committing a felony criminal sex act.<\/p>\n

During their encounter at the woman\u2019s place in Washington Heights, she had repeatedly refused Maglich\u2019s demands for anal sex, said prosecutor Taylor Brisco.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will rape you,\u201d the prosecutor alleged he then told her. \u201cI know you want to be raped.\u201d <\/p>\n

During the attack, \u201cthe victim stabbed the defendant,\u201d Brisco said in court, as \u201ca direct result of the defendant\u2019s criminal conduct.\u201d <\/p>\n

Maglich was released on his own recognizance Saturday afternoon by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Stephen Antignani, even though a felony sex charge remains bail-eligible under recent reforms \u2014 and despite a request by the prosecutor that bail of at least $20,000 be set. <\/p>\n

The judge said Maglich had no other criminal record and ordered him to have no contact with the woman.<\/p>\n

Maglich is claiming he was the victim, not the woman.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy client categorically denies the allegation,\u201d his public defender, Jonathan Cobb, told The Post.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe complainant has stabbed my client and stole his belongings,\u201d the lawyer said of Maglich\u2019s wallet, which remained in the woman\u2019s apartment.<\/p>\n

Maglich had filed a criminal complaint against the woman, alleging she stabbed and robbed him; those were dismissed \u201cafter she made those allegations,\u201d the lawyer said.<\/p>\n

Asked about the Tinder date by a reporter as he left court with his parents Saturday afternoon, Maglich would only say, \u201cYeah, I got stabbed in the neck.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n
