According to a report published Monday at Us Weekly<\/em>, the pair are \u201cstill in communication,\u201d but have long since parted ways and gone on to lead fully separate lives. Per their source, the relationship\u2019s demise kicked off on Valentine\u2019s Day<\/strong>, when the duo decided to separate. They haven\u2019t been together since.<\/p>\n

The insider here is quick to pump the brakes on a bad breakup, claiming the ex-couple \u201cwere friends first,\u201d but it\u2019s definitely eyebrow-raising to see. After all, the 24-year-old basketball star left his now-estranged wife Montana Yao<\/strong> and son\u00a0Makai<\/strong> for\u2026 uh\u2026 a couple months with Larsa before being kicked to the curb.<\/p>\n

According to this confidant, the breakup app<\/a>ears to have been initiated more on Larsa\u2019s end. The Real Housewives of Miami<\/em> alum allegedly walked out on the relationship when she realized that Beasley\u2019s increasingly contentious divorce drama wasn\u2019t for her:<\/p>\n

\u201cLarsa decided to distance herself from the drama. He was going through a lot and the timing wasn\u2019t right. Many people assumed it was serious when in fact it was not.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Wow! For those following the former Kardashian bestie, split speculation was already swirling about a week after the romantic February holiday when Larsa posted this pic (below) to her IG page:<\/p>\n
