“#Petition for My Pillow to be pulled by retailers hits 100K signatures<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

A petition urging major retailers to cut ties with My Pillow has racked up more than 100,000 signatures as CEO Mike Lindell pushed baseless election fraud claims.<\/p>\n

The Change.org petition<\/a> was launched in mid-January after Lindell visited then-President Donald Trump following the Capitol riots.<\/p>\n

More than 20 retailers \u2014 including Kohl\u2019s and Bed Bath & Beyond \u2014 have reportedly stopped selling My Pillow products since Lindell\u2019s trip<\/a> to the White House, where he was spotted with notes detailing baseless conspiracies about the 2020 presidential election.<\/p>\n

The petition aims to pressure some of the nation\u2019s largest retailers \u2014 Amazon, Walmart and Costco \u2014 into dropping the bedding maker over Lindell\u2019s attempts to sow doubt about the election results.<\/p>\n

\u201cTime to tell our major retailers to stop selling his products,\u201d reads the petition, which had about 103,000 signatures as of Wednesday morning. \u201cWe will not support funding insurrectionists!\u201d<\/p>\n

The petition also lists Bed Bath & Beyond as one of its targets, but the chain said in January that it would discontinue My Pillow products as part of an effort to phase out \u201cunderperforming\u201d brands.<\/p>\n

Costco, however, previously told Newsweek<\/a> that it would keep selling the brand\u2019s products because of \u201ccontractual commitments to MyPillow that we intend to honor, as we seek to do with all of our suppliers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Costco, Amazon, Walmart and My Pillow did not immedia<\/a>tely respond to The Post\u2019s requests for comment Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Lindell has pressed on with his bogus election-fraud claims even though they have created mounting headaches for him and his Minnesota-based company.<\/p>\n

Twitter shut down My Pillow\u2019s corporate account after Lindell \u2014 who features prominently in the company\u2019s TV commercials \u2014 used it to circumvent his own ban from the platform. <\/p>\n

In February, the 59-year-old executive told Insider<\/a> that retailers\u2019 decisions to drop his brand had cost him $65 million in revenue this year \u201cthat I won\u2019t get back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dominion Voting Systems also slapp<\/a>ed Lindell with a $1.3 billion lawsuit that month after he falsely accused the voting-machine firm of \u201cstealing millions of votes\u201d in last year\u2019s election.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
