A Brooklyn man was busted Wednesday for attacking Asian people in two separate attacks in New York, police said.<\/p>\n

Joseph Russo, 27, was hit with hate crime charges for both incidents \u2014 allegedly shoving an elderly man to the ground on Monday morning and assaulting a 32-year-old woman last month, according to the NYPD.<\/p>\n

In the most recent incident, Russo is accused of randomly pushing a 77-year-old man while he looked at vegetables for sale in front of the J&R NY Supermarket in Sheepshead Bay.<\/p>\n

Surveillance footage showed the maniac\u00a0snatching a bouquet of flowers from an outdoor store display and chucking it across the sidewalk before setting his sight on his victim.<\/p>\n

Two weeks earlier, on March 22, the hateful creep yanked the hair of a woman walking on Kings Highway in Homecrest \u2014\u00a0in another unprovoked daytime attack.<\/p>\n

Video released by cops allegedly showed Russo brazenly dragging his victim by the hair for a few feet before letting go. <\/p>\n

He then struck a wall with his hand and walked away.<\/p>\n

The victims refused medical attention in both of the attacks. The woman suffered pain to her head and neck and the man was left with bruises on his left arm.<\/p>\n

Russo is facing charges of assault as a hate crime and harassment as a hate crime in each of the incidents, cops said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
