For five<\/em> years<\/em>, Amanda Seyfried<\/strong> has been asking to play Glinda the Good Witch in the movie adaptation of Broadway<\/strong>\u2018s Wicked<\/em>, and she just confirmed on the Variety Awards Circuit<\/em> podcast that she doesn\u2019t plan on stopping her campaign anytime soon!<\/p>\n

The Mamma Mia<\/em> star isn\u2019t just wishing and hoping though, the actress has put in the work<\/em> to be ready for her next musical moment. She even hired a voice coach so she\u2019d be \u201cready to hit those high notes\u201d and sent a recording of her singing Popular<\/em> to the director himself, Jon M. Chu<\/strong>! Talk about commitment.<\/p>\n

Seyfried also knows exactly who her fellow leading lady should be:<\/p>\n
