Here\u2019s how to set it up.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Secret_Is_%E2%80%9CScreen_Time%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>The Secret Is \u201cScreen Time\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Every iPhone or iPad includes a special feature called Screen Time that can either be used to track and limit your own app usage or as parental control settings for kids who might use the device. If you don\u2019t have it enabled, tap \u201cTurn on Screen Time,\u201d then tap \u201cContinue\u201d and select \u201cThis is My iPhone\u201d or \u201cThis is My Child\u2019s iPhone\u201d based on your personal preference.
