“#Video shows men harassing NYPD cops<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

A gang of men surrounded an NYPD vehicle this week, shouting obscenities like \u201cbitch\u201d at the officers inside, according to a disturbing video<\/a> posted by New York City\u2019s largest police union.<\/p>\n

In the roughly two minute clip \u2013 which police sources say was taken on Tuesday in upper Manhattan \u2014 a group of men can be seen surrounding an NYPD SUV as one asks a cop inside the vehicle for their badge number.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwenty-three, 54 for this dirty motherf\u2014ker,\u201d one man holding a loudspeaker shouts.<\/p>\n

During the interaction at West 155th<\/sup> Street and Amsterdam Avenue, another man placed a small, pink toy pig on top of the hood of the cop car.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a pig. That\u2019s a gift for you, bitch,\u201d someone yells, according to the video.<\/p>\n

As the NYPD car begins to roll away, the man with the loudspeaker then shouts into the device while facing the front of the vehicle in the middle of the street, saying, \u201cGet the f\u2014k out of the f\u2014king hood,\u201d the clip shows.<\/p>\n

\u201cGet the f\u2014k out! Move!\u201d the man shouts.<\/p>\n

The patrol car continues to drive away as the man yells, \u201cYou piece of sh-t,\u201d the video shows.<\/p>\n

The same man can then be seen taunting more cops who drove past in an NYPD auxiliary car.<\/p>\n

The Police Benevolent Association said in a tweet along with the video: \u201cListen to the hate and harassment directed at these two @NYPD30Pct Neighborhood Coordination Officers. Why? No reason apart from the uniform.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know these haters don\u2019t speak for the community. But the politicians think they do. That\u2019s the problem. #WeNeedPolice,\u201d the tweet read.<\/p>\n

Police say no one was arrested in connection to the incident.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
