Opponents also argue that any boost in wages or the unionization of home healthcare workers would ultimately funnel money \u2014 by way of dues \u2014 to Democratic-friendly labor unions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>See:<\/strong> Want to age at home instead of a nursing home? Consider this first<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration doesn\u2019t have any specific labor provisions in the plan, but changes that make it easier for home health workers to unionize could be part of a proposal from congressional Democrats.
