He added that his experience with different groups allowed him to see how \u201cextremes can really go far and go wild\u201d and urged people not to conflate the \u201cgreat mantra\u201d of Black Lives Matter with the organization\u2019s fanatical leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, BLM has been criticized for targeting everything from Teddy Roosevelt statues to \u201cPaw Patrol\u201d in the name of racial justice. Crews himself previously took heat for a tweet about \u201cblack supremacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lemon interjected by commenting that even Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights movement were seen as \u201cextreme\u201d during the 1960s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Expendables\u201d actor then brought up the recent spate of gun violence that claimed the lives of multiple children over the past couple of weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s [the movement] got to be all black lives matter,\u201d he said, adding that \u201cblack people need to hold other black people accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Lemon cl<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed back by saying BLM\u2019s focus is not black-on-black crime. \u201cIf you want an all Black Lives Matter movement that talks about gun violence in communities, including black communities, then start that movement,\u201d scolded the CNN Host, analogizing Crews\u2019 statement to asking a cancer group why they aren\u2019t \u201ctalking about HIV.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Crews contended that \u201cpolice brutality is not the only thing they\u2019re [BLM] talking about.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lemon countered by saying, \u201cBlack Lives Matter is about police brutality and about criminal justice. It\u2019s not about what happens in communities when it comes to crime. People who live near each other, black people, kill each other. Same as whites \u2026 it happens in every single neighborhood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, the inflammatory debate divided <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> with some debate spectators feeling that the actor made a fool of himself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMan @terrycrews is on @CNN with @donlemon acting like a COMPLETE a\u2013hole,\u201d fumed songwriter Isaac Hayes III. \u201cHe is intentionally trying to discredit #blacklivesmatter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, others slammed Lemon for insinuating that black lives only matter when they are taken by police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span>If What Don Lemon say is true about BLM being only about police brutality, then why are they still protesting?\u201d tweeted Diamond and Silk. \u201cWe don\u2019t see police killing black lives. It\u2019s black lives killing black lives.
