Anthony Neuer pulled off the rare 7-10 split in his U.S. Open semifinal matchup on Sunday, making Professional Bowlers Association Tour history as just the fourth player to accomplish the feat \u2013 and first to do it on television since 1991.<\/p>\n

In the seventh frame of his match at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nevada, the \u201cGinger Assassin,\u201d as Fox Sports play-by-play announcer Rob Stone dubbed him, managed to convert the difficult move and knock both pins down.<\/p>\n

Stone went absolutely berserk on the call, screaming, \u201cMy goodness! The Ginger Assassin just dropped the 7-10. You bet, kid! You bet!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGive me some oxygen and water to spare the game<\/a>!\u201d Stone continued.<\/p>\n

Despite the historic moment, Neuer was defeated by Jakob Butturff 257-203. Butturff ultimately fell to Chris Via in the U.S. Open final.\n <\/div>\n
