Once the number of sidebar items exceeds the height of the window, a scrollbar will appear that lets you scroll through them. When you double-click an alias in macOS, Finder opens, and you see that folder\u2019s contents immediately.<\/p>\n<p>To create an alias, locate the folder that you\u2019d like to \u201cbookmark\u201d and right-click its icon.
