\nHilary Duff<\/strong> is an old pro at motherhood now, and she\u2019s not afraid to open up about her experiences.<\/p>\n

Hilary and her husband Matthew Koma<\/strong> welcomed their new baby, Mae James Blair<\/strong>, back in March (her third child, and his second). In an interview with Dr. Eliot Berlin<\/strong> for his Informed Pregnancy Podcast<\/em>, the Disney<\/strong> alum opened up about her third pregnancy and giving birth to her daughter.<\/p>\n

Back in 2019, the actress had opened up about her journey after she decided to stop breastfeeding her daughter Banks<\/strong>. Now, she admitted to Dr. Berlin that feeding has always been \u201creally hard\u201d for her. She shared:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d say it was the easiest with Luca. All of the babies latch really great, I\u2019m just not a huge milk-producer, so it\u2019s emotional for me. In fact, this is the first baby that I haven\u2019t supplemented with yet, so I\u2019ve just exclusively been breastfeeding her. I\u2019m going to keep trying that for a couple of weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
