The estranged siblings had their cousin <strong>Peter Phillips<\/strong> between them, and there didn\u2019t <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear to be an opportunity to speak during their somber ceremony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Prince Philip \u2018Thought Extremely Fondly\u2019 Of Prince Harry Amid Megxit Drama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the service, the 30 members of the royal family in attendance sat separately due to COVID-19 regulations. <strong>Kate Middleton<\/strong> sat alongside husband William while Harry sat further away from the rest of the family. As you may know, <strong>Meghan Markle<\/strong> remained at the couple\u2019s California home under doctor\u2019s orders since she\u2019s in the final months of her pregnancy. But sources confirmed to <em>People<\/em> that she had watched the event from their home with <strong>Archie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As family members exited St. George\u2019s Chapel, William, Harry, and Kate walked and chatted together. All eyes were on William and Harry as it was the first time they had been spotted together since the Duke of Sussex stepped down as senior members of the royal family and moved to Montecito with his family. It\u2019s also the first time the public had seen them interact since Harry opened up about their longstanding rift in a sit-down interview with <strong>Oprah Winfrey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the tell-all, the prince claimed his brother was \u201ctrapped\u201d in his royal role and expressed their relationship was currently \u201cspace.\u201d He explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI love William to bits. We\u2019ve been through hell together, and we have a shared experience, but we are on different paths. The relationship is space at the moment and time heals all things, hopefully.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Following the interview, <strong>CBS<\/strong> correspondent <strong>Gayle King<\/strong> gave an update on where the brother\u2019s relationship stood \u2014 saying they\u2019ve spoken on the phone, but the conversations proved to be unhelpful.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWell, I\u2019m not trying to break <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>, but I did actually call [Meghan and Harry] to see how they were feeling, and it\u2019s true, Harry has talked to his brother, and he has talked to his father too. The word I was given was that those conversations were not productive. But they are glad that they have at least started a conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A source later told <em>Us Weekly<\/em> that William had been \u201cfuming\u201d over the comment, adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWilliam feels that Harry has gotten too big for his boots since moving to California \u2014 that success and Hollywood have gone to his head. He\u2019s already accused [Harry] of putting fame over family after the big interview.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Of course, it was under sad circumstances that have brought them back together so soon.
