“#Anti-Asian bigot shoves undercover NYPD in subway<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Another undercover Asian NYPD officer has been attacked \u2014 this time by a bad guy who complained about \u201cyou people\u201d and who warned, \u201cI got nothing to lose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ricardo Hernandez, 32, app<\/a>roached the undercover officer on the N train subway platform at 31st Street and 39th Avenue in Queens, shoving the cop at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, police said. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s why you people are getting beat up. I got nothing to lose,\u201d Hernandez allegedly told the cop, whose name and gender are being withheld.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will f\u2013k you up!\u201d the deranged suspect yelled. \u201cThis is my house!\u201d <\/p>\n

Hernandez, who lives just a few blocks from the Long Island City subway station, was quickly arrested and charged with harassment, aggravated harassment, and menacing, all as hate crimes. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s at least the second time this month an Asian undercover officer was attacked.<\/p>\n

On April 9, in Midtown, Juvian Rodriguez, 35, was arrested after he allegedly snarled, \u201cGo back to China before you end up in a graveyard!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna slap the holy piss out of you and stab you in the face,\u201d Rodriguez allegedly continued, not knowing the target of his hate was an undercover cop.<\/p>\n

Rodriguez, who was promptly arrested, was released less than 12 hours later. <\/p>\n
