Aniplex revealed its first TCG and original anime project Build Divide<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a> today on April 19, 2021. The Kakegurui<\/em> manga author Homura Kawamoto<\/strong> and his younger brother Hikaru Muno<\/strong>, who has also written the Kakegurui<\/em> novel series<\/a>, are invited as the original story writers.The TCG and anime will be developed simultaneously, and various collaborations unique to Aniplex are planned.\u3000<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The anime production will be helmed by Liden Films<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (Cells at Work! Black<\/em>), while Yuhodo<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, which has worked on mat TCG game<\/a>, will work on the TCG designs.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The TV anime titled Build Divide – #000000 (Code Black)-<\/strong><\/em> will be broadcast in two separate cours. The first cour is set to premiere in October 2021, then the second cour will follow in April 2022. Yuki Komada<\/strong> (Blade of the Immortal -Immortal-<\/em> sub director) is attached to direct, alongside series composition writer Yoriko Tomita <\/strong>(As Miss Beelzebub Likes<\/em>) and character designer Shinpei Tomooka<\/strong> (Trinity Seven<\/em>).<\/p>\n
