Wow: It turns out CNN has made spreading fear and hate into its business model.<\/p>\n

Project Veritas, the right-wing outfit that specializes in guerilla expos\u00e9s centered on secretly-recorded videos, had one of its undercover operatives get\u00a0CNN technical director Charles Chester to blab\u00a0on what he thought were dates after connecting on Tinder.<\/p>\n

In the tapes, Chester casually explains how his network\u00a0preys on fear\u00a0to squeeze out higher ratings. CNN President Jeff Zucker regularly called in on a special red phone call, for example, telling his \u201cnews<\/a>\u201d team to play up the COVID death toll whenever the regular news is too dull.<\/p>\n

Chester callously explained that the virus that has taken more than 3 million lives drives \u201cgangbuster\u201d ratings. He even admitted that he himself had been guilty of looking at the daily death count and saying, \u201cLet\u2019s make it higher.\u201d<\/p>\n

And when the pandemic becomes old news, he added, CNN will turn to exploiting climate change for fear-driven ratings.<\/p>\n

Objectivity is out the window: Chester explains to his \u201cdate\u201d that there is \u201cno such thing as unbiased news.\u201d Indeed, he bragged, the only people CNN allows on the air are those with \u201ca proven track record of taking the bait\u201d that reporters feed them of exactly what opinions to express.<\/p>\n

He also brags that he went to the network in the first place to \u201cbe a part of\u201d getting President Trump voted out of office. Indeed, he said CNN\u2019s entire \u201cfocus was to get Trump out of office,\u201d so it resorted to fake stories and \u201cpropaganda.\u201d<\/p>\n

For example, the medical experts it brought in to discuss Trump\u2019s COVID-19 health issues told \u201ca story that was all speculation\u201d about potential neurological damage, which Chester says allowed reporters to use bogus evidence to allege that Trump was \u201closing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, they now take care to show shots of President Joe Biden jogging and gloss over his public fall to make him seem like a \u201cyoung geriatric.\u201d<\/p>\n

Similarly, he says CNN is\u00a0trying to \u201chelp\u201d Black Lives Matter\u00a0by avoiding mention of race unless it implicates white people.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right: The network not only intentionally spreads fear, it\u2019s intent on feeding the nation\u2019s political divisions, too. Pretty slimy way to make a profit, isn\u2019t it?\n <\/p><\/div>\n
