But soon he\u2019ll be bringing his own sketches to HBO Max with his own self-titled shows <strong><em>That Damn Michael Che<\/em><\/strong>. We\u2019re not sure why these ideas couldn\u2019t be utilized on SNL, especially since the sketches are using a handful of current and former cast members to make them h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>en, but you can watch the <em>That Damn Michael Che<\/em> trailer below.<span id=\"more-667299\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"That_Damn_Michael_Che_Trailer\"><\/span>That Damn Michael Che Trailer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iyzaH6xiW6o\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iyzaH6xiW6o<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In <em>That Damn Michael Che<\/em>, the co<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>n will deliver a series of sketches and vignettes that llustrate what it feels like to experience various every-day situations including racial profiling, unemployment, falling in love and more. Oh, and it\u2019s all from the warped, comedic perspective of Michael Che, who has been known to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/nation\/2021\/02\/23\/michael-che-israel-vaccine-snl\/\">ruffle feathers every now and then<\/a>.<br \/>\n<!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post -->Along with Michael Che introducing the sketches in question (it\u2019s not clear if he will actually appear in any of them), the series will feature appearances by current <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> cast members <strong>Cecily Strong<\/strong>, <strong>Heidi Gardner<\/strong> and <strong>Colin Jost<\/strong>, as well as alums <strong>Colin Quinn<\/strong> and <strong>Ellen Cleghorne<\/strong>. Other guest stars include <strong>Omari Hardwick<\/strong>, <strong>Geoffrey Owens<\/strong>, <strong>Godfrey<\/strong>, <strong>Billy Porter<\/strong> and <strong>Method Man<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t want to set the bar too high, but this looks like it\u2019s tackling the same kind of issues and situations that made <em>Chappelle\u2019s Show<\/em> so good all those years ago on Comedy Central, a series that still holds up to this day. That doesn\u2019t mean I think <em>That Damn Michael Che<\/em> will have the same high quality, especially since Che isn\u2019t quite at the same level of Chappelle as a comedian, but there appear to be plenty of provocative and all-too-relevant topics being broached here.<\/p>\n<p><em>That Damn Michael Che<\/em> is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, Broadway Video and Irony Point. Michael Che,\u00a0<strong>Lorne Michaels<\/strong>, <strong>Erin Doyle<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>Oz Rodriguez<\/strong> serve as executive producers.
