The death of a good Samaritan who was fatally crushed by a Harlem train as he tried to break up a fight last week has been ruled a homicide, the NYPD said Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

Dwayne Brown, 57, was attacked by an unidentified man around 3:30 p.m. Friday as he intervened in a brawl at the southbound 2\/3 subway stop at West 125th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard, police sources said at the time.<\/p>\n

As he was being punched, Brown fell between an incoming train and the southbound platform, according to the sources.<\/p>\n

His head, left leg and arm wound up wedged in between the train and platform and he was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.<\/p>\n

No one had been arrested in connection to the incident by Wednesday morning.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
