“#VIZ and Marvel Team Up to Release Deadpool: Samurai Manga<\/a> and More in English<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Back in December of last year we posted<\/span><\/a> about the serialization of Deadpool: Samurai<\/i><\/b>, which started out as a manga one-shot before becoming a full series<\/a> running on Shonen Jump+, <\/i>and even eventually featured a cameo<\/span><\/a> by All Might of My Hero Academia<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> <\/i><\/b>fame. Now, in a partnership between VIZ Media<\/a> and Marvel Comics<\/b>, the series written by Sanshirou Kasama and illustrated by Hikaru Uesugi is officially on the way in English in February 2022<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

That’s not the only Marvel manga on the way, though. Prior to that, VIZ has plans to publish\u00a0Marvel Meow<\/i><\/b> by Nao Fuji\u2014which first started as one of Marvel’s official Instagram comic strip<\/a>s\u2014starring Captain America’s cat, Chewie. The series follows this ferocious feline as she wreaks havoc among the likes of Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Deadpool, as well as villains like Thanos and Galactus. Marvel Meow <\/i>is due out on<\/b> October 12, 2021<\/b>.<\/p>\n

After Marvel Meow <\/i>and Deadpool: Samurai<\/i>, the next title from the partnership will be Secret Reverse<\/i><\/b>, from Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/span><\/a> <\/i><\/b>creator Kazuki Takahashi. That one is currently set for release sometime in summer 2022<\/b>, so stay tuned for more on that and the other titles that have yet to be announced.\u00a0<\/p>\n
