NEON has released a brutal and vicious trailer for\u00a0Michel Franco\u2019s dystopian drama, which follows a rich wedding party interrupted by a violent <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> upheaval. It\u2019s grim, and violent, and unsettling, and takes \u201ceat the rich\u201d to the extreme.\u00a0<em>New World<\/em> is Michael Franco\u2019s violent dystopian vision of social upheaval, starting with a fancy wedding party that sees a few strange interruptions: guests splattered in green paint, faucets running green. Then the greatest interruption of all: an army of embittered lower-class people who storm the pristine house and take all of the rich and wealthy prisoner.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a striking trailer that teases an even more striking film about class disparity which \u201cmakes\u00a0<em>Parasite<\/em>\u00a0look tame,\u201d according to \/Film reviewer Marshall Shaffer. He writes in his review from the 2020 Toronto International Film Festival, \u201c<em>New Order<\/em>\u00a0presents a ruthlessly barbaric vision of social breakdown with melt-your-face-off intensity, one made all the more potent and difficult to shake given Franco\u2019s stark realism about where platitudes like \u2018eat the rich\u2019 would inevitably lead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to making the official selection at TIFF,\u00a0<em>New Order<\/em> screened won the Grand Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival and\u00a0made the AFI Official Selection for 2020. And based on its whopper of trailer (and the critical raves that NEON plasters throughout),\u00a0<em>New Order<\/em> is going to be one of the must-watches of this year.<\/p>\n<p><em>New Order<\/em> stars\u00a0Diego Boneta, Naian Gonz\u00e1lez Norvind, Samantha Yazareth Anaya, Dario Yazbek Bernal and Patricia Bernal.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the synopsis for\u00a0<em>New Order<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post_2 -->Conceived six years ago, Michel Franco\u2019s near-future dystopia feels ripped from headlines that haven\u2019t yet been written.
