\n Not everybody was on board with Stephen Curry\u2019s message about mask-wearing.<\/p>\n

The NBA shared a video on Facebook on Monday featuring Curry donning a black Under Armour mask. In the video, the two-time MVP urged fans to continue to wear masks and socially distance in order to stop the spread of coronavirus.<\/p>\n

The video is part of the league\u2019s NBA Together campaign, aimed at engaging and supporting fans during the pandemic.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to encourage you to continue to practice social distancing,\u201d Curry said in the video. \u201cBeing safe and precautious every step of the way, but most of all continue to wear a mask. It\u2019s extremely important in terms of stopping the spread of this virus, in terms of protecting yourself and others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some commenters disagreed with the sentiment, however, calling into question the legitimacy of the preventative measures.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe mask is not good for your health!\u201d commenter Jason Lansdell wrote. The comment received 107 likes and 41 replies, one of the top comments on the post.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the record the word \u2018social distancing\u2019 doesn\u2019t even make sense,\u201d Mac Johnson said.<\/p>\n
