Publisher Sega and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have launched a \u201cJudgment<\/em> Day\u201d countdown website<\/a> teasing an announcement on May 7 at 7:00 a.m. PT \/ 10:00 a.m. ET<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n
The countdown website is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Korean, and Japanese. A video, also titled \u201cJudgment<\/em> Day,\u201d will premiere when the countdown ends (English<\/a>, Japanese<\/a>, Chinese<\/a>, Korean<\/a>).<\/p>\n
Judgment<\/em> is a spin-off of the Yakuza<\/em> series<\/a> set in Kamurocho, Tokyo. It first launched for PlayStation 4 in December 2018 in Japan, followed by June 2019 worldwide. A remastered version launched today for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Stadia worldwide.<\/p>\n

Back in March, Sega filed a trademark for \u201cLost Judgment\u201d in Japan. Although unconfirmed, it is possible the trademark is related to the upcoming announcement.<\/p><\/div>\n
