\n Another Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver is on the defensive following DeSean Jackson\u2019s anti-Semitic posts on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Teammate Marquise Goodwin said he has been harassed online by \u201cthe Jewish community\u201d after commenting that he wished people were as interested in discussing Jackson\u2019s posts as the Black Lives Matter movement, which has amplified a nationwide conversation regarding racial injustice.<\/p>\n

\u201cI understand the Jewish community is mad at me for making a comment on (Jackson\u2019s) page yesterday,\u201d Goodwin, 29, wrote Wednesday on Instagram. \u201cI honestly don\u2019t see how I was being insensitive or disrespectful, or even supportive of his previous message. I never once said I agreed or disagreed with anything! I never mentioned Adolf Hitler or anything regarding the Jewish community.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy comment under DJacc post read, \u2018I wish people commented this much on a BLM topic\u2019\u2026 In NO WAY do I condone anything Hitler related, AS I STRONGLY BELIEVE HE WAS IN THE WRONG. We all SHOULD come together in times like these instead of dividing. NOW, THAT BEING SAID FEEL FREE TO COMMENT RESPECTFULLY BELOW. ALSO REMEMBER, at the end of the day I\u2019m a man first, I don\u2019t tolerate people threatening me by any means, so these disrespectful comments and threats need to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n

Goodwin, who was acquired by Philadelphia in a trade with the 49ers in April, hasn\u2019t demonstrated as much frustration with Jackson, who over the weekend shared anti-Semitic quotes falsely attributed to Adolf Hitler and praised Louis Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam leader notorious for making anti-Semitic remarks.<\/p>\n

\u201cYOU KNOW IT\u2019S ALL LOVE ON THIS SIDE,\u201d Goodwin wrote of Jackson. \u201cThe people who follow you and know you, KNOW that you aren\u2019t an Anti-Semitic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jackson has since apologized and deleted the anti-Semitic posts, saying that he was \u201ctrying to uplift African Americans and slavery\u201d but didn\u2019t \u201creally realize what this passage was saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Eagles and NFL condemned Jackson in two statements, but it is unclear whether the 33-year-old three-time Pro Bowler will be disciplined for his actions.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
