And some have made return <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>s!<\/p>\n<p>As host James Corden pointed out in <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vulture.com\/2016\/06\/law-order-tonys.html\">a comedy bit at the 2016 Tony Awards<\/a>, actor Danny Burstein\u2014now a seven-time Tony nominee and a star of Broadway\u2019s <em>Moulin Rouge!<\/em>\u2014has played <em>several<\/em> characters in the <em>Law &amp; Order<\/em> universe.<\/p>\n<p>And earlier this year, with the Great White Way remaining dark during the COVID-19 crisis, <em>SVU<\/em> showrunner Warren Leight tweeted that he and the show\u2019s other producers were \u201ctrying to hire every Broadway actor we can while we and they wait for the curtains to rise again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know how hard the community has been hit here,\u201d Leight said in a follow-up interview with <em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2021\/01\/law-order-svu-broadway-warren-leight-casting-actors-covid19-shutdown-1234665615\/\">Deadline<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThe goal is to get as many jobs to as many theater actors as we possibly can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As <em>SVU<\/em>\u2019s 22nd season progresses on NBC, we\u2019re revisiting the best Broadway star guest spots from the show so far\u2026or at least as many as we can find on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eva_Noblezada_and_Alex_Brightman\"><\/span>Eva Noblezada and Alex Brightman<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Carisi Gets in Gabe&#039;s Head and Earns Justice for Zoey - Law &amp; Order: SVU\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/O58K2f2PcPk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>When Leight committed to supporting Broadway actors during the pandemic, he had just announced the casting of Eva Noblezada, who earned Tony nods for <em>Miss Saigon<\/em> and <em>Hadestown<\/em>, and Alex Brightman, a Tony nominee for <em>School of Rock<\/em> and <em>Beetlejuice<\/em>. (Two episodes later, Diggs reprised his role alongside fellow <em>Hamilton<\/em> cast member Leslie Odom Jr., who was making one of his <em>SVU<\/em> appearances as the Rev.
