But not everyone\u2019s laughing at the harassment-like hijinks of Ruin Days, whose calling cards include spring-loaded penis bombs ($22.99),<\/a> smelly poop in a box<\/a> ($20.99), Gummy bear-style bag of d\u2013ks<\/a> ($14.99) and \u201cI\u2019m a piece of s\u2013t\u201d t-shirts<\/a> ($27.99). <\/p>\n

A Long Island woman is seeking legal revenge after an unsolicited package FedExed to her Nassau County home May 29 contained a penis bomb that \u201cexploded in her face,\u201d court papers show.<\/p>\n

The phallic missile \u2014 \u201ca spring-loaded, tube-shaped package which abruptly and unexpectedly shoots out hundreds of penis shaped plastic-like confetti with high velocity and great force\u201d \u2014 was shipped in a package, \u201cdesigned to disguise the true nature of its contents,\u201d the suit says. The sender was listed as \u201cNostalgic Inc.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Long Island woman, who was \u201cshocked and scared by the explosion of projectiles,\u201d is seeking unspecified damages for alleged assault, battery, emotional distress and negligence, court papers state. <\/p>\n

A Southern California woman is\u00a0also taking the pranksters to Queens Supreme Court after receiving a vile \u201cHow to Not Be A \u2018C\u2013t\u201d book in May and an \u201cEat A D\u2013k\u201d card in August at her workplace in Irvine.<\/p>\n

\u201cSmelly Poop in a Box\u201d is among Ruin Days\u2019 available pranks. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cMy client feels like anyone else would feel. Scared. Shocked. Violated. Certainly disturbed and certainly distressed,\u201d attorney David Barry told The Post, noting the defendant, R&D Promos, \u201cwalks the line between what is completely inapp<\/a>ropriate and decent and what may potentially be civilly and criminally actionable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Barry said R&D Promos, which runs the website RuinDays.com, has yet to answer the December complaint and he will soon seek a default judgment.<\/p>\n

RuinDays has also been sued by recipients in\u00a0New Jersey<\/a>, Kentucky<\/a>,\u00a0Maryland<\/a> and Ohio<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the Maryland case, also filed in Queens Supreme Court, a woman\u00a0sued for more than $600,000 after a package she thought was from Amazon turned out to be an R&D glitter bomb that exploded in her face in June 2018<\/a>, court papers say. She claimed the explosion also caused damage to her computer. <\/p>\n
