The official website for the forthcoming rock musical adaptation<\/span><\/a> of Bun-O Fujisawa’s dramatic stage reading MARS RED<\/strong> has revealed a key visual featuring its five main cast members – Motohiro Ohta as Shutaro Kurusu, Seijiro Nakamura as Yoshinobu Maeda, Yojiro Itokawa as Suwa, Daisuke Yanase as Tokuichi Yamagami, and Ryo Hirano as Takeuchi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Based on\u00a0the story of the ongoing TV anime<\/span><\/a>, the musical featuring live rock music by the band focuses on men who have become vampires, singing their way of life while struggling with their lives. Daisuke Nishida<\/strong>, known for his directorial works for stage play adaptations of the popular Japanese game<\/a>, anime<\/a>, and manga, such as Sengoku BASARA<\/em>, Dororo<\/em>,\u00a0Joker Game<\/em>, Hakuouki<\/em>, Blue Exorcist<\/em>, and Moriarty the Patriot<\/em>, serves as writer\/director.<\/p>\n
