A Long Island man allegedly hid a camera inside his landlord\u2019s bathroom and collected \u201cprivate images\u201d of her family, according to police.<\/p>\n

Cristian Marca, 37, was arrested Saturday morning and charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance, Suffolk County Police said.<\/p>\n

His landlord called the cops on Thursday after finding a miniature video camera in the bathroom of her East Patchogue home.<\/p>\n

Investigators determined that Marca, her tenant, was allegedly behind the sick spyware. <\/p>\n

The creep was \u201cfound to be in possession of video and private images of the residents of the house,\u201d cops said.<\/p>\n

Four children and two other adults lived at the Case Avenue home. <\/p>\n

Police said Marca was not related to the family in any way and did not know them prior to renting the room. It\u2019s unclear how long he had been a tenant there.<\/p>\n

He was arraigned in First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday and released with a temporary order of protection issued, according to Newsday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His next court date is set for May 25.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
