Noor said that Indonesian taxpayers who receive capital gain from crypto trades would have to pay the tax and report it to the government.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The official noted that the new crypto tax scheme for capital gains has not been implemented and is still under discussion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The latest <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> comes weeks after Indonesia\u2019s Commodity Futures Trade Regulatory Agency, or B<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ebti, was reported to be\u00a0considering a tax on all cryptocurrency transactions. As part of the proposal, the authority reportedly planned to automatically deduct the tax from transactions by 13 crypto exchanges operating under Bappebti\u2019s regulatory oversight. An executive at Bappebti stated that the actual tax rate had not been determined as of late April.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia\u2019s latest crypto tax proposals follow years of a blanket ban on payments made in cryptocurrencies.
