She felt like her and Ryan were \u201cmeant to be\u201d and couldn\u2019t imagine her life without him in it. She wanted to stay married. He felt like she dwelled on negativity. \u201cWe had eight weeks to try, and I don\u2019t know if we ever really did,\u201d Jake said. Hayley agreed. But he didn\u2019t treat her right, and they made the call to end it.<\/p>\n<p>On Decision Day, they reunited to discuss their relationship. \u201cI didn\u2019t feel valued or respected,\u201d Paige said. Chris, who had refused to take accountability for anything in the marriage, apologized to her for the first time. \u201cYou were what I needed,\u201d he said. Then, he dropped a bomb: His ex had miscarried. He started to cry. \u201cIt was selfish, you didn\u2019t deserve any of this,\u201d Chris told Paige through tears as she consoled him. <\/p>\n<p>Chris wanted to get back together. Paige was undecided. Dr. Viviana said otherwise: \u201cI\u2019m not OK with this. I feel like you\u2019re doing this to play with her and now to play with us,\u201d she told him. Paige broke down in tears. \u201cI can\u2019t do this anymore, it\u2019s too much for me,\u201d she said, running away. <\/p>\n<p>After sitting down with producers, she made her choice: \u201cI don\u2019t think things will change, it\u2019s been a lot of hurt. I don\u2019t think I can stay in this,\u201d she said.
